So here you are, reading my notebook. Be careful, because in these pages are the clues to discovering my deepest thoughts and dreams and reading into my wildest imagination. After all, art is the expression of one's self, and that's pretty much what this site is full of.

I should probably start out by introducing myself. My name is Christie. I'm a big anime fan, especially of Fullmetal Alchemist. I've been drawing ever since I can remember, though that doesn't mean much because I usually can't remember what I had for dinner last night or what color my little sister's eyes are. I spend most of my free time at the computer, either online or doing something on Paint Shop Pro 8, which is my tool of choice as far as art goes. Because I go online so much and have lots of interesting and hyper friends to hang out with, I've accumulated quite a few nicknames over the years, such as Squirrel or Skwrl (pictured above), Spoon, Spoon the Skwrl Queen, Toasty, Sensei, Kolidescope, the Paint Shop Pro Alchemist, and Random Anime Extra #242.pi. If you want to learn anything else about me, you should probably go to the "about me" page, or try actually talking to me and find out for yourself.

Unfortunately, I don't have the willpower time to update this site as often as I'd like. For example, this is the first time in about two years that I've updated the website's layout from it's previous version, which was Fullmetal Alchemist themed. Not only the layout, but in that span of time the info on this site only got updated two or three times. Pathetic, no? Well, it's okay, because no one comes to my site anyhoo. I mean, in the huge vastness of people accessible through the internet, who really cares about me, my roleplay characters, my fangirl squeeing, my personality quizzes, or my art? Someday, when the sun burns out, I'll actually put something useful here. Just you wait and see.

Soo, do you like the new look? I was thinking of making a layout with all my roleplay characters in it, but the picture I was going to use is too big to scan and I didn't really like how it turned out. Maybe next time. For now, it's going to feature my friends and I in our spectacular chibi-critter forms. I'm the Skwrl, of course. My friend Kim is the Kitti, my little sister is the Trtl, and my other friends Brittany and TK are the Buni and the Pangwin, respectively. The little Fork and Spork are my friends Yuna and Casey, and there's a long story behind that involving a club we made called WOFON - Wierd Original Freaks of Nature (I'm the Spoon). I do have other friends, but I don't have charicatures for them so I didn't draw them in. Sorry. ^_^'
